We handle the full production process: from the design, to the purchase of necessary materials, assembly of electronic boards, soldering of wires, and assembly into housings of finished devices. We produce more than one million electronic boards per year. We support companies from all over the world.

We provide electronics for smart energy management in IoT systems. Our solutions are dedicated to the HVAC, GAS and WOD-KAN industries.
We create OEM solutions. However, we treat each product and its implementation individually. We guarantee full implementation and post-sales support from our R&D department.
We are agile. We develop all our projects in SCRUM methodology, which allows us to implement our devices faster and more effectively.
We manufacture in Poland. We ensure product delivery reliability through local production, fully controlled for quality. We design competitive and interoperable devices, meaning they collaborate with devices from other suppliers.

We specialise in end-to-end electronics manufacturing and electronic manufacturing service contract assembly. We provide technological support for the entire process. We fulfil orders for prototypes, small and large production series.

Assemble components and PCBs

We order and purchase all materials to customer specifications, including electronic components and PCBs. We maintain stock levels.

Traceabilty and control

Inspection of electronic components on AOI Pemtron and Marantz MEK machines. Records for production of each electronic board in the in-house Tracebility system (essential for Medical and Automotive).

Storage of components

We store electronic components and PCBs vacuum-packed and in MSL cabinets.

Wave soldering

In-line wave soldering for large series on the ERSA POWERFLOW -e N2 machine with full nitrogen tunnel in lead-free technology.

SMT surface mount assembly

Including lead-free assembly on SAC305, SAC 0307, SnBiAg alloys (any solder paste by customer order). LED assembly on bismuth pastes. Assembly of BGA, micro BGA and QFN circuits.

THT and PTH chronicle assembly

Including lead-free assembly on SAC305, SAC 0307, SnBiAg alloys (any solder paste by customer order). LED assembly on bismuth pastes. Assembly of BGA, micro BGA and QFN circuits.

Varnishing of PCBs

Coating on a PVA machine for large series. Manual coating. Spray application of PVA coatings.

Manual, final and complex assembly

Contract assembly of electronic boards and components, including assembly of double-sided, multilayer, aluminium, flex boards. Contract assembly of electronic boards and components. Assembly of boards into housings. Soldering and assembly of wires and harnesses. Assembly into housings of various materials. Assembly of instruments. Preparation of cases (punching, drilling, cutting out, assembling into cases) and assembly of electronic components into them.

We buy laminates (any coating), multilayer laminates, ALU and FLEX boards. We prepare the design and order stencils for paste printing. We prepare the assembly documentation.

We provide direct contact to the people from the Electronics Assembly Department who are fulfilling your order. We provide assistance at every stage of fulfilling your order. We dispel doubts. We solve problems. We provide traceability of each board or the entire production.
